We will be using www.GotSoccer.com as our registration source since the state organization (FYSA) will be using this company also. It will avoid confusion and double work.
You must go to GotSoccer and create a player or family account first. This makes the registration form easier to complete since it will fill in all of your information on the registration form for you. If you already have an account, you need to login to that account first. It will show you are already registered if you used it last year, but it is your last event that you were registered in. Then, while you are logged in to your account, you go to the "CLUB" tab at the top and search in FL for "CLERMONT FOOTBALL CLUB". You will then see under current programs "2011/12 Registration" and "Fall In-House".
Section 2 of 4 allows you to select your payment option based on age and type of team - travel or In-House (non - travel). This is the section in which you can select payment plans and discounts.
Payment plans are only available to registrations that are paying the full amount - no discounts - and only by using a credit card. You have the option of 2 or 4 (travel only) months to make payments. If you choose a discount, you must make payment at the time of registration. If you have multiple children to register - register the one you would like to make payments on (if that is an option you would like) or register the lowest registration fee child first - then take the multiple child discount on the larger amount registration and pay balance due at time of registration.
If you are a first time player or new to Clermont FC Soccer Club, please make sure you have your birth certificate in order to upload by scanning it and then upload under the "DOCUMENTS" tab in your Gotsoccer account. If you can also upload a picture for your travel players, this will make printing the players passes easier since it will print the picture on your players pass. If you do not have the birth certificate, we cannot register your child with the club. The FYSA (Florida Youth Soccer Association) requires that we have this information at the time of registration to insure everyone is registered in the proper age bracket and has proper documentation for foreign born players. Uniform fee covers the cost of our Travel and In-House uniform kit. Bodies in Motion in Clermont handles all of our uniform needs and can be contacted directly at 352-242-4391 to order your uniform. They have moved to the Sunnyside Plaza - 305 E. Hwy. 50, Clermont. Hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 - 7:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 - 3:00 pm. We will have the same uniform kit for travel players as the 2010/11 playing year. The travel kit includes 2 jerseys, 2 shorts, 2 socks, 2 practice shirts and a backpack with your player number.
In-House kit includes shirt, short and socks with your player number.
The replacement cost of each uniform item is listed below. Please use these figures in calculating potential sponsors' costs of offsetting travel team fees.
